As for the CPU, the thermals were CRAZY when I would OC it during 4.5 @ 1.2V. I had to delid it, with success I managed to get down from 107C @ 100 Usage to a clean 60 @100 usage. As for idle, I had went from 60 idle to 27C 
very successful!
