Blueprint Compilation Manager turned out to be a tad faster for me, nowhere near the advertised 50% (?), though. Unfortunately, it kept complaining about certain children no longer inheriting from their parents while they clearly were. Turned it off for now 
That was 4.17.0. Is there a hotfix?
