Better skin shading

Forgive me Almighty_gir, but you can copy starter assets and tweak them; why not do that and then make adjustments to each copy to create a set of new skin shaders, for different ethnic backgrounds?

Surely it can’t be that hard to generate new skin materials?

Though, you can get nice results with the preintegrated skin shader:

I haven’t checked the latest build on github yet but the roadmap lists “skin shading improvements” for May so 4.2 should have it.

I haven’t noticed any improvements in 4.2, hopefully 4.3 then :]
