Ball, Velocity Slower When Going Diagonal

When you add torque to a ball and go forward or backwards or right or left the linear velocity is consistent. If you go in a 45 degrees angle the linear velocity shows a much lower value, do you think that the ball is really going slower or the print screen value is incorrect? See video and screenshots.

Do you know why this is happening?

I was reading another forum post and a guy answered the questions and in his solution he had “Vector Length” after getting velocity and that seems to fix the issue and it looks like the print screen value was not correct. Still looking into this and will report back incase anyone else is having this issue.

Ok, after messing with this for awhile indeed the vector length does give a consistent velocity in all directions.

Normalise first, and then multiply it.

Hey Everynone, multiple by what?
