You can’t even get a refund for an asset until the seller agrees to it.
Some sellers just don’t check their e-mails regularly, and you have no way to contact them.
But some sellers abuse this to not give your money back. They argue that it was your fault for not carefully reading the asset’s description, not asking the seller before buying or by simply stating: “this issue will be fixed next update, just wait a month”.
That’s why we need open-text review and question sections.
Imagine you had to go through the same thorough and tedious 1-on-1 process with the devs for every game you refund on Steam, and additionally the game had a locked and closed review & discussion section.
