Thank you for the report. What you are seeing isn’t just the background flickering but the vehicle itself hitching. We believe it is caused by an issue with the spring arm that we are currently investigating. We have it logged as JIRA UE-24725. I will update it to show that you are also seeing this issue and are interested in a fix.
