Will that method, which uses a vertex normal to blend) not cause the same issue as before? Namely that all other layers work but if you plug it into the Wold Disp it either fails or generates the error ive been getting?
Actually, pixelnormalws also prevents the normal from working correctly.
Aside from that, yes. Because you aren’t using pixelnormal things will just work.

Not really. You can use the derived alpha mask anywhere as far as I have noticed.
