Asking for PPI Credits When I've got Academic Licenses.

Greetings,

So, I’ve got a series of approved academic licenses on for our labs.  Whenever students try to export, they get prompted to enter a PIN to pay with PPI credits - even though I’ve authenticated (using my Epic account…which is connected to the licenses).  My License page on my account detail page seems to be in order (all my licenses are listed properly).  Did I miss a step somewhere with the necessary authentications?

Hi Ethan, if you want to export and use yor PPI credits you need to aslo use PIN to verify it: https://support.capturingreality.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020461700-How-to-use-PPI-with-Epic-Games-account-

I’m confused, these are full licenses…why am I being forced to use ppi credits?

Just two of your licenses are active now.

Did you follow this workflow: https://support.capturingreality.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410037072146-I-have-several-ENT-licenses-How-can-I-easily-share-them-with-my-team-students-for-offline-activation- ?

It seems like your students have activated just PPI license, not the full one.

This is in the lab and on the machines that have fully activated licenses…and it’s still asking for the PPI pin when trying to export

When you click on the question mark in upper right site in the application, what does it say?

I’ve managed to fix it.  Had to deactivate and then reactivate the license.
