There is a product on the marketplace called Landscaping that reduces the amount of memory required to create large landscapes. If the landscape is larger than 16384 then it can create multiple landscapes and arrange them so that they fit together correctly. However the FPS suffers when there are multiple landscapes. It would be great if you could improve the FPS in that situation, please. Landscaping for Unreal Engine
