I fixed this by clicking reload in Asset Actions
Everything is working now, I guess the contents of the arrays were getting marked for deletion because of my DestroyActor call after they were picked up. Switched the arrays to structure storing a copy of the values belonging to the pickup, everything is working now.
Still unsure of why everything was getting deleted at the same time though
Anyway, thank you so much for the help!
