Animations with a rate scale of -1.0 do not played via BPs

You can also get the animation length if you use a variable for the NewAnimToPlay so that you don’t have to change it depending on the animation.

Having the same issue in 5.5 If I add play animation in blueprints, non-looping, with a rate scale of -1, the animation instantly completes and is at the end state of the animation.
