Unfortunately I really can’t reproduce the same issue you have.
I’m using MoBu 2016, Maya 2016 and FBX 2016. If you’re using the base Mannequin skeleton you can maybe attach an example file of mocap you have so I cant just test it and see if I can reproduce the bug and trace it.
Please notice I’m using the 4.13 version of ART.
