This timeline is for moving the leaf up from the box. Leave it as is. When it completes, fire the second timeline that is inside the leaf - it creates the falling animation.

As mentioned above, the values are too low. You’re moving it by 5 centimeters only.
And your example does not even call the timeline. At least we cannot see it.
