We are working on the .obb downloader now. Usually the store will download the .obb file, but not always.
It’s expected to be fully working in 4.8. The code is written, but some test apps on the store haven’t had it always work yet.
We would check at early boot and download, so we wouldn’t expect blueprints (or anything in the game) to need any .obb support.
