Ai movement

Hi, im creating my own AI right now. I’m using the premade shinbi character and i got her to move and everything. I used a blendspace, not 1D and i think i did everything right. Only thing is that when my shinbi is moving straight she comes at me on an angle and kinda drifts. I will attatch an image. Any help would be great thank you! Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Edit: As you can see from the image. She walks straight but on an angle

Bump, really no one can help? :frowning:

There is little info on how you set everything up but you will want to check out “character movement” settings in your AI blueprint. It looks like the rotation settings are not setup correctly. You can use “control rotation” or “orient rotation to movement” when the AI makes a move. Also in your behavior tree or AI blueprint you can just use “set focus” in your AI controller to set and clear focus on the player(or anything). There is also a “LookAt” animation node to play around with in the AI’s AnimBP as well as an in-depth tutorial on Unreal Engine’s youtube.

Bump 2, so… incase anyone wants to know… I’ve figured it out. Thank you btw @karma4jake If anyone wants the answer. Make sure you check your friggin view port. My character was LITERALLY slanted in the view port which made it weird looking like that. Set me back a few days but hey, I’m finally relieved from the curse. What a noob mistake LOL
