I still think the market is better served by keeping extremely low-effort stuff off the marketplace, but that’s not my decision to make.

Let me quote first sentence of Marketplace Guidelines:

The purpose of the Marketplace is to provide high-quality content to Unreal Engine developers for their commercial projects or educational purposes (…)
