I only found it by happenstance one day whilst staring into space at the little chevron on the node. I’m surprised I took note of the options within as I only glanced it over at the time.
It may be worth mentioning here that the float-ToText node has truncate & rounding options too. Probably should have answered above with that in retrospect.
