ACCOLADE DEVICE NAME NOT BEING RETRIVED

  • We’re aware of an issue with the names of Accolades not being retrieved. To solve this within UEFN, please select each Accolade device, right click, and then choose “Save Selected Actor(s)“

Can someone help me understand what exactly I should do here?! I did exactly as it asked me to do, but nothing changed i still keep getting this message. I tried to delete all the accolade devices from my maps and tried to reinstall them but nothing seems to help, I know that what I have inside the map is perfectly fine everything works in the map i tried to use the device it works on the map but it won’t give any XP after I publish the MAP if someone can help me out with this it would be great thanks!

Hello,

Your Accolade devices should now be up to date that you’ve re-created them.

It takes several thousand plays before Accolade devices calibrate, and if you publish an update to the map the calibration process starts over.

Consider wiring up a HUD Message device to trigger in addition to the Accolade.
