If you mean in the scenario where you make a post and it’s set to pending - it may just be something that has to be approved by a forum moderator before it goes on. It could be due to something in the post or even just a new account making a post. (Things of that nature) The mods here are fairly consistent with making sure they’re approved pretty quickly.
