I want to use UE on A100 in my lab, is it possible?

Is it possible- probably. Any better than your at-home gpu- probably not.

The A100 isn’t meant for gaming/gamedev, so it’s not at all optimized for those tasks.
You certainly aren’t going to be able to make use of even a small amount of that 80gb of VRAM.

Though, of course as long as you have permission, it doesn’t hurt to try it out.
