It would be helpful to give extra info about the project. (Is this a newly created project, or a project that was created in a previous engine version?)
I don’t see ‘DataTransfer’ plugin in the default list of plugins. So I’m guessing this is a plugin that you have added…
Try opening your .uproject file with a text editor and disabling this misbehaving plugin.

it was 4.25 project i haven’t installed any external plugin. i tried editing Uproject in text editor but it wont help either. well problem is resolved now by installing unreal engine thankyou for your reply cheers
