Hi! I hope you get your entry fixed soon. Check out this thread too “Can’t update product since october (50+ days without fix so far)“ Skye is helping there currently with entries guys. I hope that helps and your entries get fixed too for everyone.
I also will take advantage of this reply too. Three of the packs had been fixed now which I am very thankful for! Unfortunately I saw that a customer today 1/17/2026 bought one of the broken packs. I contacted support and also replied to Skye in the other thread. I put up banners now in my ArtStation and Fab pages with the broken URLs and some notes hopefully avoiding any future purchases until the packs are fixed now.
I hope it is fixed soon guys. I am happy for everyone that have their entries fixed now. I will update later down the road to hopefully put a closure to this situation and say that all entries are fixed now.
