Okay, that was a false success lol. It would rebuild, but no binaries, and build failed quick.

So THEN I had to go to C:\Users\ravenmikal\AppData\Roaming\Unreal Engine\UnrealBuildTool\BuildConfiguration.xml

These two lines were showing “14.36.32532” so I updated them, tried to build it from scratch again, and THIS time it worked.
