4.27.0 Crashing when hovering over scalability settings in settings drop down

when hovering over Scalability in the settings drop down, UE4 4.27 will crash and begin a process causing my Memory to rise until max then close out with an error.

for clarity, i have attempted to verify and do a reinstall of 4.27, reinstall of epic games launcher, i also tryed to valadate all files within content of my primary project.

this problem also persist to other projects even new projects with no content in them 4.27 is botched on my system and im not able to proceed on my project

I found a solution! You just need to change the value of ResolutionQuality=inf. Instead of the previous value, you need to write ResolutionQuality=50.000000.
