The Assets buied on marketplace, before have possibilities to have the button "create new project", now only "add to new project"

Hello,
The Assets buied on marketplace, before have possibilities to have the button “create new project”, now only “add to new project”.
If i create a blank project in UE 4.25,4 for PS4, and i add one of those from market place to this project, i got errors compiling.
ScifiColony have this button, infact if i creare a project for this dicectly to target UE 4.25 , it is right compiled and work on PS4.
Please help
