Paint Mode and Small Icons bug.

When “Use Small Toolbar Icons” enabled, some buttons in Paint Mode are invisible.

Thank you for the report. Fortunately, I was able to reproduce the issue in 4.17.2 and 4.18.1. I have logged a report on the issue, which you can follow if you’d like here: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-52882)
