I’m working on a MacBook Pro with High Sierra in (10.13) and I’m trying with the UE 4.14 version since I already had the Metal graphics card issue and I read that it should not be a problem with this one.
So, I successfully installed UE 4.14, and when I open it now the Metal-thing seems to be solved but, actually UE starts and then crashes immediately, without even opening.
I already tried almost everything (including reinstalling UE and restart my laptop) but nothing changed, and I am getting a bit sick of it since it’s the third bug I meet and I haven’t even seen the open program yet! Please please help!
Ok: I got that the problem is due to High Sierra, 'cause it seems that UE versions that come before the 4.16 cannot work with it. So, since I can’t use 4.15 or lower because of this, and I can’t use 4.15 or higher neither because of the graphics card, my question is: will you fix it first or ever or should I just give up and start with Unity?
