Hi Eric,
I have delete Derived Data, Intermediate and Saved directories and open the project, build ,multi-select, the problem is still alive.
I think i start a new project and migrate assets will be a good choice 
This project i will freeze it, if you have any idea about it i am glad to coordinate with you to find the real reason.
