Thank you for reporting your crash.
This appears to already be fixed with our internal build of 4.8. The crash was already reported with ticket UE-7034. 4.8 will include version 3.3.3 of PhysX which should resolve some known issues with PhysX.
Once 4.8 releases (no set date) can you try making a copy of your project with this build and see if you’re still seeing the crash?
