I would kind of hope that 3rd parties will use the programmatic stuff to build higher-level tools that are more like what people are after when it comes to level design features, perhaps that is what Epic hope too, I don’t know.

Excuse the terse response, but I hope it doesn’t.

Epic should provide the ultimate level design tool, not dilute their engine on a whim.
