UE 4.12 P1 release looks terribly

Hello. What’s happened with UE in 4.12 release? If I started both 4.12 release and 4.12 and - Whoa! - there is huge difference: Why UE 4.12 used so much CPU on start? It just very simple form with Project, not a huge project! Why??? (((
