That’s pretty big 
In case you need bigger navigation query extent, like this (in DefaultEngine.ini)

SupportedAgents=(DefaultQueryExtent=(X=500,Y=500,Z=350))
or something along these lines I assume is AI’s capsule. What about the player? The same? Where do you send your AI. Are you sure location is on the navmesh? How about posting some pictures?
