I think your skin tones are too monotone. You should have more blemishes and colours in the flesh, it especially looks strange on the hands. I’d personally change some of the colours of the materials a bit too. Too much brown, so maybe change the colour of the shoes? I’d probably add a bag or pouch to the guy to add interest, remember Indiana Jones used to have the sort of messenger bag?
Oh yes… Well, it’s not rendered in Unreal. I’ll try to add more “life” to the textures after importing. And the character has some “interest” in-game. He smokes a cigar
