Actually it’s not updating at all within the bounds of the spawner. It’s was easy to fix just move the spawner!

Could you please open a copy of the project in 4.13 and let me know if the issue still persists in 4.13? This seems to be related to a known issue: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-32013)
