Hello.
When i turn on the mobile HDR option build-up does not look out only a black screen.
Become a build-up when i turn off the mobile HDR option is to run.
However, mobile HDR option is very important.
If it is turned off reality is very poor…
So… How Can I fix this problem?
[ Unreal 4.11 & Win7 & Note5(SM-N920K) & AndroidVersion 6.0.1 & GearVR for note5 ]
The Documentation best practices still state that Mobile HDR should not be used on Gear VR, sorry Bloom seems it will not be supported (https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/372624/no-bloom-in-android.html ), so I don’t know about the HDR.
In this post (https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/204390/ue-11846-mobile-hdr-on-gear-vr-progress.html ) it seems that the issue was added in the To-Do list for UE 4.9+, not sure if it got ever resolved. Also in this thread, seems that people got it to work with Samsung S7.
Still, in this post (https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/389377/samsung-galaxy-note5-lighting-is-way-too-bright.html ) it seems someone made it to work (even if too bright); see if this can help.
Thank you. So when you know that we can use mobile HDR option on GearVR/Note 5 ?
I have no idea I hope soon, just like you…

See if this can help for you.
Thank you! Can’t wait to try!
