On new 4.9 build when clicking show, perspective, view mode etc. button in persona dialog disappears right 0.5 sek after. So it is not possible to use this dialogs within persona for now.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. Unfortunately, this is a known issue, UE-18806, and we are working to have it fixed and integrated in an upcoming release. If you would like updates to when the fix becomes integrated, you can head to our Forums page in our Announcements and Releases section.
