Hi UE4 forum
Complete newbie here on a budget! I wondered if the workstation that i use for work will be supported in terms of graphics card. It has a k4000 quadro. I understand the geforce and wuadro have similiar silicon, but I wasn’t sure if it would work or not. I’m using win 7Pro 64 bit

Hey I have k6000 and k4000, both work great with UE4 (Windows 7 x64). No issues as far as I can tell.
What’s the frame rate like on both cards? I work at a school that does computer graphics and they insist on quadro cards for their 3D work but I’m trying to balance the line and get a card that works well with UE4 as well.
in my case it has half the frame rate compared to normal geforce card, i would not recommend using quadro.
Yes, I have the same experience. Seems to be slower in UE4 than comparable consumer cards.
