This Unreal Engine 5.4 video is about building the Ballista Tower, which fires farther, with a lower fire rate, but with more damage.
We start by creating the Ballista Projectile and Weapon, with their respective meshes. Next, we create the Ballista Attributes Gameplay Effect, which compared to the Turret Attributes, will have higher range, a longer delay between firing, and do more damage. Lastly, we create the Ballista Tower, attach the Ballista Weapon, and ensure it’s being created from the UI action.
