Why am i getting this warning when I try "download and place" in Populate/Urban?

Thank you for posting your question in the community and the feature is working on my end at this time. Maybe there was a server issue at the time you were trying, is it still not working and have you checked to make sure you have allowed the traffic from the following resources:

I’ve just solved turning off the wi fi and connecting via ethernet

The Links you posted doesnt work for me. Its a continuous loop. What ports are needed to open in the firewall?

our error code is 500

I am also getting the same problm, "Internet connection not found. Please verify your internet connection and retry. :500 I am on version 2023 with revit 2024
