Thank you for posting in the community and reporting this issue. We are currently working on this and hope to have a fix in an upcoming update.
In order to resolve this with minimal impact after placing the objects, go to the Preferences settings > Quality and change one of the settings from High to Low then press ok and the materials texture will be visible once more.
Additional helpful information:
You can then reset the quality settings how you want them. You can also close and reopen the file as that refreshes the view.
Any adjustment to the material not visible will also refresh the view.

I am suffering from the same error.
When I use the data I have registered in the user library, I don't see it.
As you have already told me, if you lower the image quality, it will come out, but it is inconvenient and troublesome.
I've had this problem too; in my case, a file created in 2021 and opened in 2022.2.
Some geometry opens without any texture.
Yes, the work-around works... changing Quality to Low, and then back up to Ultra.
I hope this helps others with the same problem, and look forward to an update that would fix this.
