Problem use/import Heightmap

i found this heightmap and i wuold like to use it.

it is 2048x2048.
someone can post a video/tutorial to use/import heightmap from a PNG image or step-by-step how to use/import heightmap.
because i had a problem with this image using L3DT or [create landscape ->import from file -> select png image(resize 2017x2017) -> create], how can i fix it?

It needs to be in raw16 format, it looks like this software can do the conversion for you: http://fiji.sc/Fiji

Well, i can’t help you with that since i’ve exported all my heightmaps from World Machine and it generates raw16 formats. Hopefully someone can show us a way to convert it!
