[Android] Physics Construction Set

hello

here is my work so far on this game, ill update this thread as it progresses.
you can build anything you want from the bits available then take control and operate your machine.

pick things up and attach them to the purple blocks, look at the block and tap (or E) to take control of any thusters (pyramid shapes) that are anywhere on the chain of attachments.
look away from the block and tap (or E) to release control.

so far i have only made cars, helicopters and random test things but i hope there are enough shapes and attachment types to make just about anything. would love to see some screenshots of the things people make

Android Download Here v0.3
to install:
unpack the zip, plug your device into your pc and double click on the install .bat

EDIT:
for those without a high end android device here is a HTML5 vesrion
HTML5 Version Here
use a 64bit browser, firefox 32bit is extremely slow

wasd, arrows - move
left mouse - fire
c - camera
shift - run
E - pick things up, drive/exit purple blocks
1,2,3,4,5 - inventory menu (5 - cancel)
END EDIT

if you try it and it actually runs please post your device and fps. (stats for UE4 4.7 build)
2013 nexus 7 - 35-37 fps
Working good on Nexus 5
Works on Galaxy S4
LG G2 - 40-45 fps
Galaxy s3 mini - 6fps pretty much unplayable

change list and fixes for this build:
proportional + more powerful thrusters
hinges have correct constraint props
item rotation slider doesn’t disappear
fixed 3rd person aim
better road texture
more sounds
projectile
drop item with/without physics
better in game menu layout
better icons
jump
more items

to do:
finish the menu system
controllable hinges
ropes (maybe)
score/points (maybe)
other stuff

cheers
please feel free to comment

its garrys mod :o but for ue4 i wanna play it so badly :3

My thoughts as well! And it works out given all the free Unreal content that Epic gives away, more toys in the sandbox

Games like these will be great for kids and adults, very appealing and great progress Tegleg

thanks you 2

i dont know why the games i make get compared to garys mod, guess i should play it one day, might be ace lol

I have a question on your html5 game. I am trying to make some games myself and when I export the games to html5 and load them on a server it takes a while for it to finally load in the browser (firefox and chrome). How do you speed it up to make it available for a web server? I noticed yours takes a long time to load as well. Is it faster for you to load it up in the browser?

I have read tons on this but understand so little I might just pay someone to help me. I keep hearing about gzip but have no idea how to do it. The link to my game is GameTest – Card Game | Math Videos for Kids
Any help would be great on how you can speed up the game. Thank you.
