A few lighting requests

I asked some of this in the rendering forum and didn’t get any answers so I’m guessing these options arn’t available.

Have an actor which acts like an infinite sphere for sky textures with a cubemap and material slot.
2048 resolution for the cubemap limit instead of 1024.
Dynamic recapture scene value for the sky light.
Be able to add a sphere reflection capture as a component in a blueprint.
Be able to change the colors/gradient in the atmospheric fog actor.

Also the timestamps in my message log don’t seem to be using my system time.
