How Do I Make a 2250x2250 brick module texture fit POT? 2048x2048 etc

Hello. UK brick dimension module is generally 215mm x 65mm with a 10mm mortar joint. When modelling (Revit / Max or CAD) all our brick / block work walls ‘coarse’, that is the length and height of walls are set out to whole brick / half brick openings, piers etc, standard practice throughout the UK construction industry, cutting bricks is costly on time, money and wastage. So how do I make a texture for UV mapping Power Of Two when the brick module 215x65 plus 10mm mortar doesn’t work out to fit that nor the wall meshes in our models, piers and openings correlate to Power Of Two maps? Many thanks.

So, width is 215mm, add 10mm for the mortar on one side so that’s 225mm width
For height, 65 + 10 + 65 + 10 + 65 + 10 = 225mm which will give you a perfectly tileable square texture that’s one brick wide with 3 bricks tall–mortar on the side and the bottom, set to whatever power of two resolution you want and in 3ds Max you would use Box mapping and set the size of the box to 225mmx225mmx255mm
