UE4 logo mov

Hi

I found this “UE4_Logo.mov” I want to put as a start up movie, but I see I need permission to use the UE4 logo.

Where do we get permission to put the logo mov in the game.

This distribution, start up movie, EULA and and and. Is turning out to be more complicated than making the game.
