Fresh install of windows 10 64bit.
The steps I took several times:
Unreal Website click get unreal.
Click windows and it starts to download
Double click the downloaded executable (also tried right click run as admin and compatibility modes)
The installer starts and seems to finish…
Click on the Epic Games Launcher Icon
verifies 100% then error… Unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the application.

Tried reinstalling mvc++ 2012, 2010, 2013, 2015 etc etc and other tricks in other threads.
Tried running as admin, and compatibility modes.
Tried re-downloading and reinstalling.
