Epic Games Launcher doesn't start

hey folks,
when I start Epic Games Launcher nothing happens.
In task manager I see CrashReportClient.exe appears for 1 second and thats it.
Here you get my logs and dxdiag informations.

Hi Souja,

I believe the crash is caused by your graphics card. It only supports up to Directx 9 and a Directx11 compatiable card is recommended in order to run the Launcher/Editor.

Your processor also could be an issue but the root cause is likely your graphics card.

Here is what we recommend:

  • Desktop PC with Windows 7 64-bit or a Mac with Mac OS X 10.9.2 or later

  • 8 GB RAM

  • Quad-core Intel or AMD processor

  • DX11 compatible video card
