Can't run UE4

After hours trying to get a payment method to work, I was finally able to buy UE4!!
After downloading and installing it I cannot run it…

When I launch it I get this error:

“Unreal Engine has Stopped working”

followed by another error:

UE4Editor-Cmd.exe - Application Error
“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000001d). Click OK to close the application”

My desktop specs are the following:

Sapphire R9 280x Toxic Edition

I5 4670k

8gb ram

I’ve tried this “https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/18538/ue4-crash-on-launch.html”, does not work…

What now?

Hi MuskaUh,

Please ensure that you have the VS2013 Redistributable package installed: Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center
