Can't open UE4 launcher after installation

I have Installed UR4 . There was no error during installation. But after installation i can not open epic games launcher .
Nothing show after clicking the installation.

Please help me .

What is your operating system and x86 or x64?
Write the full path to the file launcher
My path “D:\Games\UT\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe”

My operating system is Windows 7 , ultimate , 64 bit.
path is : “C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe”

Try to update Microsoft .NET Framework
Have you used this PC UE4?

no , I did not use UE4 before this pc .

Can antivirus or firewall to block?
Try to run the launcher from the administrator
Try to run the same launcher in safe mode

No antivirus installed and firewall also disable. I try to open from administrator. But did not try from safe mode. I will try that

I test in safe mode in my machine. But still not working.

Make sure that you have Windows Service Pack 1. If that or Tartal’s suggestion doesn’t work, please post your dxdiag (systems specs) and we can continue troubleshooting.
