ok so I have problems with the 2D terrain, I can’t figure out how to make nice looking terrain with proper collision bounds.
I can either make the terrain top middle and endcap images so they take up the full height of the image but then the collision box goes through the center and the character walks halfway into the ground.
or I can make the terrain top images be only half the height of the image, leaving the top half 100% transparent, and then I get the ground showing through parts of the terrain top. what am I missing? how can I make the collisions work and not look shoddy?
